Electronic cigarette-TCT
The Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) is used to regulate and supervise product manufacturing, sales, display (product design, packaging, etc.) and all tobacco and tobacco-related products (such as e-cigarette products). At present, in most member states of the European Union, e-cigarettes are regulated and managed in accordance with entertainment consumer products. Starting in 2016, e-cigarettes and related products will be subject to the regulation of Chapter 20 (article 20) of the TPD.
